Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Brunch at the bar. $5 mimosas and $6 Bloody Marys.

The Twist Homestyle Breakfast — $14. Two eggs prepared your way with your choice of bacon, Conecuh sausage, smoked salmon or breakfast sausage. Choice of smoked Gouda grits or breakfast potato cubes, plus toast or a buttermilk biscuit.

Breakfast Sandwich — $10. Egg and cheese with your choice of bacon, Conecuh sausage or breakfast sausage on toast. Served with breakfast potato cubes.

Waffle Plate — $14. One regular waffle with two eggs prepared your way and your choice of bacon, Conecuh sausage or breakfast sausage. Served with maple syrup.

Build-Your-Own Omelet — $14. Choose from peppers, onions, jalapenos, tomatoes, spinach, shrimp, sausage, ham, grilled chicken, smoked Gouda or Monterey Jack cheese blend. Choice of smoked Gouda grits or breakfast potato cubes, plus toast or a biscuit.

Twist Cajun Biscuit & Gravy — $14. Freshly baked buttermilk biscuits smothered in our rich, house-made Cajun cream gravy with crawfish tails.

Crispy Chicken & Waffles — $16. Golden-fried crispy chicken served over fluffy waffles with maple syrup.

Croque Madame Waffled Benedict — $16. A savory twist on the French classic with ham, cheese, poached eggs and hollandaise served on a crisp waffled base.

Wagyu Brunch Burger — $20. Premium Wagyu beef topped with a sunny-side-up egg and house-made bacon onion jam on a toasted bun. Served with your choice of side.

Smoked Gouda Shrimp & Grits — $18. Succulent shrimp over creamy smoked Gouda grits, finished with a savory Southern-inspired sauce.

Breakfast Board — $29. Shareable for two. One regular waffle, three eggs prepared your way, bacon, Conecuh sausage, biscuits, Cajun gravy with crawfish, breakfast potato cubes, fresh fruit and syrup.

We had a wonderful experience and the best grits in the state of Alabama. I will definitely be coming back. The service was incredible.
